Natalya Kaspersky Becomes Director General of InfoWatch
On November 29, 2007 Kaspersky Lab, principal shareholder of InfoWatch, announced the appointment of Natalya Kaspersky as CEO of the company. She will replace Evgeny Preobrazhensky who headed the company since 2004. As a result of the meeting of shareholders the company conducted additional issue of shares to attract new investments. Natalya Kaspersky acted as a strategic investor and will hold the controlling stake of InfoWatch. Kaspersky Lab reserves the blocking stake.
