Bahrain Ahead of the GCC with adopting IT solutions
Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain, 16 January 2013 – During 2012 Bahrain witnessed a rapid growth in the number of companies adopting data loss prevention (DLP) measures with 15 solutions implemented across a number of leading companies in both public and private sectors, according to InfoWatch, a global IT solutions company. Data loss prevention measures were implemented across the banking and oil and gas sectors predominantly, which collectively saw a rise of approximately 80 per cent.

Natalya Kaspersky acquires G Data Software shares, joins board
Bochum (Germany), 15. October 2012 – Natalya Kaspersky, the owner of InfoWatch Holding company, has acquired over 16.8 percent of German antivirus security com-pany G Data Software AG shares. The shares came from different former shareholders, in particular from a venture capital company in Berlin. Natalya Kaspersky is to be elected to the supervisory board in the annual shareholder meeting on October, the 23rd.

InfoWatch Group and Kaspersky Lab have announced their mutual decision to finalize the split-off of two businesses. In the near future, as agreed, Kaspersky Lab will sell the entire share it holds in InfoWatch (its former subsidiary) to Natalya Kaspersky.
