As an executive of several different IT companies I am strictly against any quotas for women’s representation in business because introduction of any quota will inevitably lead to decrease of productivity. Imagine you need to form a team for Olympics. And the team manager told you - you need to have at least 20% of tall blondes with blue eyes. Now, you’ve got a choice to either pick the person that jumps higher or the one who falls, but with the person is good looking. Do you think you’d be able to form the best team in the world?”, concluded Natalya.
