1. General Provisions
This Policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter — Policy) is drawn up in accordance with clause 2 of Art. 18.1 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On Personal Data” № 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 and is valid for all personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Data”) that JSC “InfoWatch” (hereinafter referred to as — Company) can receive from a person representing a party to a civil contract with the Company, from a potential Client (or a person representing a potential Client) requesting information from the Company in order to discuss cooperation issues, from a person wishing to receive information on the Company’s website, from a person wishing to participate in the Company’s marketing events (including, but not limited to, exhibitions, conferences, etc.) (hereinafter referred to as “User”). The Policy applies to Data received both before and after signing this Policy.
2. Data processed by the Company
2.1. Within the framework of this Policy, Data means:
2.1.1. Data that the User provided about himself on the Company’s website, namely:
- email address
- Full name;
- Position;
- The company where the User works;
- area of activity of the User's Company;
- User's telephone number;
- country of residence of the User;
- city of residence Use.
2.1.3. The company guarantees that it does not and will not process special categories of personal data, namely those related to race, national origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health status, intimate life, as well as biometric personal data.
3. Purposes of Data Collection and Processing
3.1. The Company collects and stores User Data necessary for the provision of services, execution of agreements and contracts.
3.2. The Company may use User Data for the following purposes:
3.2.1. Identification of a party under contracts with the Company;
3.2.2. Contacting the User if necessary, including sending notifications, information and requests related to the provision of services, as well as processing the User’s applications, requests and applications;
3.2.3. Improving the quality of services provided by the Company;
3.2.4. Promotion of goods, works, services on the market through direct contact with the User;
3.2.5. Conducting statistical and other studies based on anonymized Data.
4. Conditions for processing Data and transferring it to third parties
4.1. The Company has the right to transfer User Data to third parties in the following cases:
4.1.1. The user has clearly expressed his consent to such actions;
4.1.2. The transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable legislation within the framework of the procedure established by law;
4.1.3. The transfer occurs as part of the sale or other transfer of a business (in whole or in part). In this case, all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in relation to the Data received by him are transferred to the purchaser.
4.2. When processing User Data, the Company is guided by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On Personal Data”. № 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 and this Policy.
5. Changing Data
5.1. The user can enter, supplement or change the Data.
6. Measures taken to protect Data
6.1. The Company takes necessary and sufficient measures to protect Data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.
7. Change of Policy. Applicable law
7.1. The company has the right to make changes to this Policy. When changes are made to the title of the Policy, the date of the last update of the edition is indicated. The new edition of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Company’s website, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Policy.

7.3. This Policy and the relationship between the User and the Company are subject to the law of the Russian Federation.
