Alexey Nagorny, CEO of JSC InfoWatch, and Nguen Hong Tuan, Deputy Head of IT Department at the Ministry of Public Security of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, met at InfoWatch Group headquarters, with other meeting participants being managers of the Vietnam Information Security Association and lead information security specialists of military authorities of Vietnam. The meeting was held as part of the visit of the Vietnamese delegation, headed by Nguen Hong Tuan, to the Network Security 2017 international conference (Moscow) organized by Open Technologies company.
The meeting participants learned about InfoWatch solutions designed to protect organizations against internal and external cyber threats and discussed opportunities for creating cybersecurity systems based on Russian-made solutions for Vietnam’s government agencies.
Previously, Russia and Vietnam had agreed to cooperate in the international cybersecurity area, which was declared by the Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Vietnamese President Tran Dai Quang during their bilateral meeting at the APEC summit in Da Nang.
