InfoWatch, a developer of solutions for corporate clients against internal threats, has signed a contract with the Volga Hydroelectric Cascade Management Company. VHC is a major Russian energy company, and InfoWatch will is implementing solutions to protect the company's confidential data.

The company works in the Volga river basin, where dozens of hydroelectric power stations are located, all of which use the hydroelectric power stemming from the Volga and the Kama. The total power generated is 11,226 MW.
