InfoWatch Group has completed the installation of InfoWatch Traffic Monitor 6.5, a new version of its flagship product for data leak prevention (DLP) and internal threat protection, for a range of its customers in the Kingdom of Bahrain and Kuwait, including Central Bank of Bahrain, Kuwait Finance House, and First Energy Bank of Bahrain, with the deployment of additional investigation module InfoWatch Vision being also completed at Central Bank of Bahrain and planned for Kuwait Finance House.
Such upgrade of InfoWatch Traffic Monitor was inspired by further cooperation agreements InfoWatch Group concluded with its current Middle East accounts in May 2017 at the Gulf Information Security Expo & Conference (GISEC). The installation covered a total of 700+ workstations, being part of InfoWatch consistent efforts to increase its Middle East market presence.
It should be noted that following GISEC held in May in Dubai, UAE, InfoWatch Group unveiled its plans to release certain products that had drawn major attention of its current and potential partners and customers, as well as GISEC attendees, to the Middle East market, including its InfoWatch Traffic Monitor, a DLP and enterprise internal threat protection suite, with an extra module, InfoWatch Vision, to conduct investigations.
"The upgrade of flagship InfoWatch Traffic Monitor at our key Middle East accounts is a landmark in the company's strategy on this market, proving both the successful localization of our enterprise cybersecurity solutions and absolute confidence of GCC customers in InfoWatch products. We are continuing our cooperation with anchor customers in the Kingdom of Bahrain and are positive about leveraging this long-term track record to meet the demand of other Gulf organizations," said Kristina Tantsyura, Business Development Director for Middle East, InfoWatch Group.
Previously, at GISEC, the company had shared its vision of InfoWatch solution promotion in the Middle East, including the opening of a full-service representative office in Dubai.
