InfoWatch in association with the Scientific Research Institute of Natural Gases and Gas Technologies VNIIGAZ have developed a content filtering database (CFD) for the oil and gas industry for integration into InfoWatch’s hardware and software complex of content control. The CFD received certification of state registration from the Database Registry, giving VNIIGAZ the opportunity to use the solution in Gazprom’s affiliate companies.
“The database gave us an opportunity to optimize the InfoWatch context control system to meet the specific requirements of enterprise information security within the oil and gas industry. The certificate means we can offer a complete client-oriented solution and satisfy the requirements of the industry,” says Sergey Volkov, the head of the data security department at VNIIGAZ.
