The delegation of Cuban Ministry of Informatics and Communications visited on Wednesday InfoWatch Moscow office as part of April 13-16 official visit to Moscow for sharing experiences, enhancement of Russian-Cuban cooperation and strengthening of friendly ties between Cuban and Russian Ministries. Deputy Minister of communications in Cuban Government Wilfredo Gonzalez Vidal expressed high interest in expanding InfoWatch solutions to the Cuban market both on intergovernmental and commercial level.
Innovation of InfoWatch solutions was highly appreciated by Luis Guillermo Fernandez Perez CEO at Desoft, the largest software developer in Cuba. The delegation also included Councilor of Cuba Republic Embassy in Russia Natacha Dias, senior expert of External trade and international investment department of Cuban Ministry of Informatics and Communications Elaine Grenet, and Informatics CEO of Cuban Ministry of Informatics and Communications Ernesto Rodriguez Ernandez.
Within the meeting cooperation plan between InfoWatch and Desoft with support of Cuban Ministry of Informatics and Communications was adopted. In particular sharing experience as part of bilateral visits of company executives for cooperation enhancement was planned, as well as InfoWatch technologies implementation in Desoft education centers together with Ministry of Informatics and Communications of Cuba, development of education courses based on InfoWatch technologies for Universities and Education centers in Cuba.
Besides, InfoWatch plans to take part in international conference Informatica Cuba 2016 in April 2016.
