Two Indian call center directors were arrested for allegedly leaking the company's confidential information and diverting BPO deals to its competitors, reported Hindustantimes.com.
The first director is British national Harish Parmar, the owner of Leicester-based, UK, City Credit Management Ltd (CCM). This company had an exclusive deal with a call centre to bring business. CCM has signed the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with Gurgaon-based, India, call center – Cybersys Infotech Ltd (CIL). Also Harish Parmar was appointed a director of CIL and had a share of profit.
The second director of CIL is Sarita Rawat who was appointed to look after the UK operations of CIL and was supervising the activity of Harish Parmar.
