InfoWatch Group Among Top 20 Russian Employers 2017 - HeadHunter

InfoWatch Group has been ranked 17th in the rating of the best Russian employers of 2017, according to recruitment firm HeadHunter. The list consisted of 262 companies, including 30 IT market players. Out of the top 20 employers, InfoWatch is the only enterprise cybersecurity vendor, with its best achievement until now being the 31st back in 2013.

HeadHunter analysts reviewed participants based on the feedback of job seekers (external evaluation) and current employees (internal evaluation), as well as HR department performance. IT sector takes the largest share in the Top 20, being represented by six IT businesses. Together with InfoWatch, the rating leaders are SIBUR, ROSATOM State Corporation, NVIDIA, Norilsk Nickel, Gazprom Neft, 2GIS, LANIT Group, MTS, Beeline, Coca-Cola HBC Russia, AB InBev, M.video, Raiffeisenbank, and others.

Over the last five years, InfoWatch has more than doubled its staff. In January 2016, InfoWatch Group moved into a new 5,000 m2 office accommodating meeting rooms, a gym, café area, and recreation room.

InfoWatch Group and National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) opened the InfoWatch-based enterprise cybersecurity department as part of HSE Tikhonov Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM HSE), with InfoWatch also starting a scholarship program for tech students in cybersecurity.

To drive professional training programs to be aligned with market needs, InfoWatch specialists developed and delivered a course of lectures and seminars attended by 100+ lecturers and employees of 22 universities from six federal districts and 14 regions of Russia.

Furthermore, InfoWatch became a partner of the All-Russian Academic Competition supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, and developed and introduced the competition program for the Enterprise Cybersecurity category of WorldSkills, a global cross-industry championship among young specialists.
