Graduated from Moscow State Institute of Electronic Engineering with a master’s degree in Applied Mathematics, and has a bachelor’s degree in Business of The UK Open University. Natalya Kaspersky is an active participant of international business community life and actively invests in high-tech companies.

Natalya is a co-founder of Kaspersky Lab, one of the world's largest antivirus companies, and CEO of InfoWatch Group of Companies, working in the sphere of information security. During her 10-year tenure at Kaspersky Lab Natalya turned a small group of enthusiasts into a world-class international IT company with annual revenues of hundreds millions USD.

Natalya holds multiple awards in Russian and International Business and IT:

Vsevolod Ivanov

Vsevolod Ivanov,
Deputy CEO of the InfoWatch Group of Companies

Vsevolod Ivanov graduated from Moscow Institute of Fine Chemical Technology, Faculty of Polymer Treatment. In the same year he got his second graduate degree of marketing and management. He is a certified expert of project management and sales policy.

He led the marketing department in the IBS Group of Companies and Perekrestok Trade Company, later he took up the marketing and sales department in Kaspersky Lab, focusing on the company’s brand development and positioning, as well as on the antivirus solutions promoting to the international market.

He then was appointed member of board of directors and Deputy CEO of several leading Russian financial companies, including Sberbank Rossii.

At the end of 2012 he joined the InfoWatch team as Deputy CEO of the InfoWatch Group of Companies. He is in charge of holding development strategies, product offers creation, increasing of holding companies market share, international expansion, sales in sectors, where InfoWatch solutions are already brought in and discovering new market segments.

Rustem Khairetdinov

Rustem Khairetdinov,
CEO of Appercut

Rustem Khairetdinov was born on 30 March 1966. He graduated from Moscow State University of Lomonosov, Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics. Also he passed postgraduate course at Institute of multiphase systems mechanics of Russian Academy of Sciences. For more than 20 years he works in corporate IT and information security.

Rustem led commercial departments in leading IT companies: Steepler, Dell Systems, Gorod-Info, Kaspersky Lab, Netwell. In 2004 he was appointed head of commercial department of InfoWatch, and in a few years brought the company to the highest positions of the Russian IT market. In 2010 he founded and headed the Appercut company, which later joined the InfoWatch holding.

In 2010 he defended his thesis of Candidate of Economics as he presented an innovative method to optimize corporate information security costs. Rustem is a frequent lecturer in colleges and corporate universities, he also writes articles for professional and business periodicals.

Sergej Schlotthauer

Sergej Schlotthauer,
CEO, EgoSecure

Before the foundation of EgoSecure, Sergej Schlotthauer had held various senior management positions with leading German software and services companies in the fields of media consulting and software management for over 10 years. He was Head of the IT department at MediaCom Ltd. before he joined the systems management software vendor enteo (formerly NetSupport, now Frontrange) as Director of Product Development. Sergej Schlotthauer holds a master degree in Computer Science.
