InfoWatch EMEA Business Tour

Moscow

October 2010 was celebrated by InfoWatch, the leading European DLP vendor, with a significant business tour over several EMEA countries. InfoWatch top-management represented by company CEO Natalya Kaspersky visited the largest Middle East exhibition Gitex 2010, CIO Europe Summit 2010 in Austria as well the European Technology Roundtable Exhibition ETRE 2010 in Cannes. Here we will briefly cover the main achievements of this tour.

Natalya Kaspersky in her presentation in Cannes shared with participants her experience in successful development of international business by the example of her two companies - Kaspersky Lab and InfoWatch. In her presentation Natalya stressed the main components of successful business development: high quality software, individual approach to each country, flexibility in meeting market needs as well as readiness to unpleasant surprises and self-confidence.  People need different software, why not yours?

At the CIO Summit Europe Natalya Kaspersky met the representatives of the European business community. These “face to face” meetings demonstrated the clear demand for technologies to control corporate information flow and protect intellectual property among the European business audience. European enterprises own valuable know-how that needs to be protected.  Information monitoring, analysis and management solutions, developed by InfoWatch, allow meeting this challenge in full. That means InfoWatch continues to conquer the European market.

The Middle East market also demonstrates high interest in InfoWatch information management and protection technologies.

At Gitex 2010 in Dubai the visitors highly appreciated such options of InfoWatch solutions as operational, regulatory, legal and reputational risk management, commercial secrets protection, preserving company’s competitiveness in the market as well as gaining trust of customers and partners. The legal regulation of privacy is not so strict in the region as compared with the West European countries, for instance. Thus InfoWatch sees the Middle East as one the most promising foreign markets for its solutions.
